All services are subject to regulatory approvals, safety considerations, and weather conditions.
All drone operations comply with DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations and other applicable aviation laws. Clients must obtain necessary permissions for operations in restricted or private areas. We do not engage in unauthorized, illegal, or hazardous drone activities.
Clients must book services in advance with full or partial payment as agreed upon. Additional costs may apply for changes in the project scope after confirmation. Late payments are subject to penalties or delays in service delivery.
While we follow high safety standards, we are not responsible for third-party damages, site-related risks, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients must ensure a safe and legal environment for drone operations. Delays due to government approvals, weather conditions, or technical issues are not our liability.
Clients must provide accurate project details and required permissions. Unauthorized personnel must not interfere with drone operations. Any damage or loss due to client negligence will be their responsibility.
Commercial drone operations may include insurance coverage, subject to client confirmation. Clients must verify insurance requirements before finalizing services.
All aerial data collected remains confidential unless stated otherwise in the agreement. Clients are responsible for securing data post-delivery.
Any images, videos, or data provided remain the property of Crest Aerro Drone Solutions, unless agreed otherwise. Clients are not permitted to use our branding, trademarks, or content without written permission.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled operations may be subject to cancellation fees. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the terms agreed upon in the contract.
We are not responsible for service disruptions due to natural disasters, technical failures, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration under Indian law. Legal proceedings will be conducted in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, India.
